Your daily check-in lands you in one of six Vibe Types. They are not labels for who you are, but snapshots of how your nervous system is running today — and how you might want to treat yourself and talk to others.

How the daily quiz works

VIBE is lighter than journaling but far more expressive than a single mood emoji. One structured check-in, once per day — enough to build emotional intelligence over months without burning out.

Under the hood we track your emotional dimensions and context tags to show patterns: how sleep, training, work stress, supplements or conflict actually shift your state over time.

On top of that we layer research-based, short well-being pieces — not generic quotes, but concrete suggestions that match your current Vibe Type and nervous-system state.
